InCountry approach
- License VAR to be able to sublicense and resell the InCountry DRaaS in defined territories.
- Train VAR on how to present and implement the InCountry DRaaS.
- Support VAR’s customer facing teams by participating on customer calls to explain the various data residency models that can be used to address the customer needs.
- Support VAR’s customer support team on issues related to the InCountry DRaaS that may require deeper InCountry technical expertise to resolve.
VAR problem
VARs represent/resell foreign domiciled ISV SaaS applications in specified territories and/or industries. They are at risk of losing existing customers or become unable to close new customers, if they cannot offer a compatible and compliant data residency solution to integrate with these applications and satisfy their customers’ local compliance requirements.
