Peter YaredCEO & Founder
Peter founded six enterprise software companies that were acquired by Sun, Citrix, VMware, Oracle, Sprinklr and Prograph. Previously, Peter was the CTO/CIO of CBS Interactive where he brought CBS into the cloud. At Sun, Peter was the CTO of the Liberty identity consortium that designed SAML 2.
Pierre WolffSVP Business Development
Pierre has run business development for numerous startups, including companies acquired by Google, Adobe, and Inktomi. Most recently, Pierre ran business development for a blockchain audit trail startup Tierion and advised numerous blockchain and financial services startups.
Tim WolfeSVP Worldwide Operations
Tim has spent a career building and scaling up worldwide operational systems in both cloud and on-premises. He has built out data centers and operations for high growth companies including Kabam, Jelli, Demandtec, Responsys, and Quinstreet. Tim has also run infrastructure at Salesforce, Oracle and IBM.
Renné DevasiaChief Compliance and Data Protection Officer
Renné has instituted and run compliance for high growth companies including Twilio and Segment.io. He has also worked in compliance at large organizations including Microsoft and Adobe. Renne began his career as an auditor at KPMG.
Marc RaiserVP Engineering & Chief Architect
Marc invented the Newbound Protocol, a highly secure peer to peer protocol used for secure email, video, IoT, and blockchain. Marc was the initial architect of enterprise software products that were acquired by Citrix, Sprinklr, and Prograph.
Shannon RappVP Finance and Human Resources
Shannon has run Finance and Human Resources for a variety of high growth companies including Datasift, Brightroll and IDEO.
The Ventures team is based in Abu Dhabi and San Francisco with strong connectivity to European and Chinese venture capital markets through other Mubadala Capital managed vehicles.
