Shanghai, People’s Republic of China – October 5, 2026 – InCountry, Inc. today announced the launch of AgentCloak Voice, a multi-modal AI data protection solution designed for voice-enabled AI agents. AgentCloak Voice enables secure operations across borders by automatically cloaking sensitive data during speech-to-text and re-inserts the sensitive data during text-to-speech. The solution helps customers adhere to stringent data privacy and AI regulations, including the EU AI Act and China’s PIPL.
AgentCloak maintains a secure digital twin for each customer within their country of residency, enabling real-time cloaking and uncloaking of sensitive data during AI conversations. AgentCloak uses a local Sovereign AI to perform local speech-to-text and text-to-speech, as well as to discover and cloak local names, addresses, and local vernacular to detect sensitive data, including medical terms. Sensitive data can be generalized for processing by Agentforce, such as transforming “headache” into “minor neurological condition,” “Shanghai” into “China,” or an age such as “32” into the “30-39” bracket.

In China, AgentCloak Voice uses Alibaba’s Qwen speech synthesis models to perform real-time speech-to-text with Qwen3-ASR-Flash-Realtime and text-to-speech with Qwen3-TTS-Realtime. “With customers’ increasing compliance requirements, we are hosting InCountry’s technology to help accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises,” said Zhao Lin, Director of Alibaba Cloud Product Ecosystem Development.
